I don't think it would work. Gabapentin is absorbed from a limited area in the small intestine, I don't think your body would absorb it properly rectally.

EDIT: found this study supporting what I said: Failure of absorption of gabapentin after rectal administration.

yea i dont think it would work very well. why not just take it orally like its meant to be taken? ive never really heard it to be recreational.
