Opioids Plugging MST Continus

Hey there,

Right, when MST C is crushed and mixed with water, it gels up. Also - and most importantly, how much water is needed to dissolve 2000 mgs of MST C (this is roughly the same as MS Contin,) that is three zeros on the end, how many mls of water would be needed to dissolve this much morphine from the crushed pills? How long should the crushed pills be left in the water to dissolve fully? Has anyone done this with something like MS Contin that gels? Basically I'd like to know how 2000 msgs of crushed morphine pills that are mixed with water and gel up can be made puggable. Thanks I'm advance for your replies.

Also, if you plug, are the fillers and binders filtered by your body, or do you need to micron filter etc.?

Woah, this thread is long dead ... I probably shouldn't bump it, but just incase you're still watching it I shall.

Plugging MST Continus is fine, I regularly plug 100-200mgs in 30mg pills and there's absolutely no need for a micron filter if it's being administered intrarectally.

As for dissolving 2000mgs of MST Continus ... I couldn't really say, however, I would make the following estimation.

If I dissolve 60mg in 3mls of water then in theory that's 33.33mls of water to dissolve 2000mg of MST Continus. So a round 34ml should dissolve that much, however, I doubt one's rectum could hold that much fluid!

Out of interest, why are you wanting to dissolve 2000mg?
