Plugging Hydromorphone

Have Hydromorphone 2mg's. Want to know how to plug and how much (2mg? 4mg?). Have been swallowing/snorting them for almost a week now with little to no effect. That's the only tolerance I would have besides Codeine(tylenol #4, 60mg codeine; 300mg acetaminophen). Do I just use normal warm tap water? crush pill and mix it in, put in syringe, shoot up there? . I have no idea how to plug, what to use as 'tools'(turkey bastero) ...how much water, etc.) so I was hoping someone here would explain how it's done safely and successfully.

use cold water; the majority of opioids are extremely water soluble.

start with 2mg, wait 30-45mins to gauge the effects and adjust your dose as require to reach desired effect.

and yeah, simply crush the pills, mix into water and suck it up into, preferably, an oral syringe or perhaps a 3ml luer lock without the tip. no filtering is required. you could even just use a normal 1cc insulin syringe and remove the tip.

Thanks for replying. Tremendous help. Just one more quick question; how much water should be used for 2mg? (will more water need to be added for 4mg up from 2mg?). Also, which position to be lying in, for how long, how to administer using the syringe(fast, slow, how far inside to place the syringe tip, etc. )....you know, the embarassments.

you can use as little as one mL, a 1cc insulin syringe (tip removed) or something like a 3mL luer lock without the tip as well.

lay on one side, insert into your anus slowly around 2 to 3 knuckle deep and stay laying for a minute or two until getting up to prevent leakagem, though, it's extremely unlikely as your sphincter is a tight muscle unless you've been ramming large buttplugs up there for extended periods, having stretched it.

i usually just do it standing up myself but do recommend laying on your side until you're used to the method and get comfortable with the act.

make sure you've had a bowel movement prior to insertion for maximum absorption otherwise if your colon is full it will impede it and likely waste the majority.

What kind of 'feeling(s)' should one expect from plugging hydromorphone 2mg to 4mg and how long will it last?

Taken Tylenol #4(60mg codeine) for 7 years for pain management for a condition. Get mild Euphoria and a belly/body buzz(warm, happy, talkative, etc.) from the Codeine, which only lasts no longer than 5 or so minutes at most(even when CWE'd). Yeah, sad.

unfortunately i don't have any recreational experience with HM, but at a guess you'll get the typical euphoria, warm, wrapped in a blanket feeling type thing as you do with most opioids along with analgesia. from what i understand the high is reasonably short lived compared to most other opioids such as heroin and oxy for eg, but i may be a bit off there.

you'll have to have a search around the place for anecdotal experiences with hydromorphone or wait for other people who have such experience.

Plugged 6mg of hydromorph contin earlier today. I had snorted 3mg two days before. The effects of plugging (first time) were amazing ! Little hassle for so much reward. It gave the warm fuzzy "blanket" euphoria we all love. I can compare it to my fist time chewing an oxy 20 but without the nausea that sometimes creeps up and it was by far as much of a body high as it was a head high (I find oxy to be cerebral, whereas something like morphine is more somatic). The high lasted for about 4-6 hours with the first hour being the most intense. Oh, and make sure to have a bowl movement first.
