I am creating this thread for a user that PM'd me his name is in the title:

Hey I was wondering how many ml of water should i add to 8mg hydromorphone? and what would it be for say 30mg of morphine? also how do i mix it up perfectly what should I mix it in so none gets stuck in the container? and how do I mix it well enough to make sure all the drugs get into the syringe?

I have never IV'd anything or injected or anything but snort so im really stuck here and with hydromorph contin time realease pills they are impossible to get ino a fine powder like generic dilaudid 4mg so is that stilll plugable? if so i would love to hear back from you a very detailed reply on how to do this because i tried mixing 4mg of hydromorphone with a little bit of hydromorphcontin crushed up (still a little bit beady, impossible to get perfect) and the syring basically just sucked up the water and the drugs stayed at the bottom of the spoon i mixed it in and nothing really got in the syringe so i took what was in the syringe anally and checked the syring and it had a bunch stuck in their that didnt even get up there so i took it out and snorted it.

Information on how to prep it perfectly and get it into the syringe would be great feeedback asap would be great!! thx

Someone the other day was asking me the difference when I made mention of making "safer drug users" versus "better drug users".
I think this is a pretty good example.
 
Yes it's still pluggable. Just crush the beads into a fine powder, then you can detatch the plunger from the 1mL syringe and backload the powder into the syringe, reattatch the plunger and draw up water, shake it up, and then plug it.

I'll bet my method with morphine probably works here too: If you want it to be much stronger and ensure that all the hydromorphone becomes instant release, you should let the syringe with the hydromorphone solution sit for at least 8-12 hours to allow the time release to do it's thing.

@ OP read this guide it is written for morphine but its kinda the same concept and answers many of your questions.

I have been taking hydromorphone (Dialudid) for about 2 years now, Vicoprofen before that for chronic migraines. I have only ingested it orally before and is thinking of trying it sublingually or plugging it seeing as my tolerance has been built up to the point where I gets a very faint euphoria for only about 15 minutes. I currently takes 2 8mg tablets orally and is wondering if crushing them up and dissolving under my toungue or plugging it would give swim a /better/longer euphoria. And if so which of the 2 would be best?

I just tried 16 mg sublingual, I wanted to try plugging but those were my last 2 and i didnt want to mess it up. I will try in a few days when i get more...
 
Feeling the effects of the 16mg sublingual much faster than just swallowing, not sure if it is more euphoric yet only 20 minutes in will keep you updated
