Plugging heroin- Ear syringe?

I have a small ear syring with a big ball looking thing at the end, it's about 1 and a half inches for the stem. Do you guys think this would work. I plan on using it for h, also do I HAVE to use lube? Thanks

Also should I use a cotton to filter it before my shot?

Yes it is fine.

It is advisable to use some form of lube.

For rectal usage it needs not to be extremely clean like injection methods.
