Hi peeps any tips for this? Is it worth it? Does it hit faster/harder?
I only have extended release tablets (Continus), is it safe to use those? Is there a way to extract the DHC from the waxy binder etc?
Is the best method to crush the pills and dissolve in warm water and then use a syringe without a needle or a turkey baster to squeeze it up there and then hold tight and stand upright for 15mins?
Never done it before.
