Hey guys, just a quick question. I have been taking dexies (ADHD) for years due to necessity and it's been more difficult to sustain a serious hardon once my dosages increased this passed month (60mg IR a day) so I went to my doc and he told me that my blood pressure was stable enough for me to use Cialis. Now, is there any benefit to plugging Cialis rather than taking it orally? Any dosage tips? Just curious as I know when I didn't have insurance and couldn't afford my addies, I would sometimes plug and it actually helped me to make best use of the bioavailability of the medicine itself. I am wondering if this is the same case for Cialis, or if it is not a good idea to try it? Thanks! :)

It is actually not pointless. Bioavailability for many compounds increases, decreases or is unaffected by the method of introducing it to the body. I am simply asking a question, and would please appreciate a more mature and hopefully productive response in the future. Thanks.

I'm obviously aware how ROA can affect bioavailability. My comment had to do with the fact that Cialis has an oral bioavailability sufficient for oral administration and that taking it rectally is not required for the desired effect and could even lead to over vasodilation leading to dangerous hypotension.

Sounds kinda pointless man. Is the cialis working orally? If it is there is no reason to plug it, it seems like unnecessary work. I mean best case scenario you get a boner faster than you would have if you took it orally. If you want it to kick in faster just crush it or something, don't shove it up your ass man.

lol what's next, IV viagra?

Yes, it does work orally, I am just curious as to the effects if plugged. Thank you romealone for your second response. I appreciate the exchange of knowledge.

Don't plug cialis. If you believe you aren't getting enough of the medication in your bloodstream, call your doctor and ask them to raise the dose or something. Consult your physician.

I bet you would have a much easier time having sex if you lowered your dextro-amphetamine intake down from 60mg. That's pretty high and I would not be surprised that you're experiencing these side effects, but I am surprised that you are being prescribed Cialis to compensate for that. I was pretty damn sure that it's horrible for your health to be taking uppers with things like Cialis and Viagra...
