Benzos Plugging Buprenorphine with Alprazolam.

I've recently noticed that when I take a dose of xanax than dose my suboxone that I seem to get a a nice noddy buzz would plugging 1 mg of suboxone with a 2 mg bar be safe and worth it? Or should I just intranasal the suboxone and sublingual the bar?

Also does rinsing your mouth out with alcohol based mouth was before you take benzo's sublingual or even suboxone also since it dilates the blood vessels under your tongue?

don't plug xanax it would be a waste it's much stronger taken orally or sublingually
