Opioids Plugging and IV hydromorphone-hcl doens´t work at all - HELP

Hi Folks,
i am (sorry for my bad english as a am German) prescribed 16mg of Hydromorphone because of facial pain (Trigeminus neuropathia) - it was a real fight over a year to get ´em.

I had troubles stopping other opiats in the past, several withdrawals, one of them hospitalized. I usually prefer to plug than to shoot, as I am not the best using the needle. I even use to plug Zopiclon because of the fast time it starts to hit.

I didn´t find a way to shoot or to plug hydromorphon, not because i miss my vain (or anus), there is sth. wrong in my preperations.

So far (concerning IV, I use a 0,45 micro-filter) I tried:

crushed it, adding water and ASCO, heat it and shoot it - FAIL
crushed it, adding hot water and shoot it - FAIL
crushed it added little alcohol, waited and as the alcohol was gone added water and shot it - FAIL
I uses little water or 15ml water, that made no difference.

Is my tolerance to high? IV I used about 8mg. Over the whole day, I usually take 3 times 16mg a day.

Does anyone has a good idea? I will be really greatfull!!

Another thing is - I like plugging. Not because I enjoy the Feeling of having sth. in my anus, but because of the duration and the little time it needs to hit.

Plugging (after having read the megathread) seems to be not clear concerning the BV. Nevertheless there has to be a reaction, there is mocosae as there is mocosae in my nose.

I tried it with hot water, cold watter, heatened water and ASCO (after having let cool it down of course), plenty of water and little water. I never felt a thing. Of course i usually admister myself a purge. Is the intestinal muscoa almed because of the non-stop use of HM.?

Guys, I really wasted plenty of Hydro just to having felt nothing, maybe a little fasten up of the heart-rate. If sb. has an idea what else i could try, please write.

I'd bet its your tolerance. Theres no reason I can think of that you wouldnt be feeling it other wise. If you take 54 mg of hydromorphone a day as it is, try upping your IV to 16 mg. I assume your getting the 8 mg pills. Maybe try 24 or 30 mg if 16 mg is still not working. I dont know what to tell yo man I had the 8 mg pills a few weeks ago and 16 mg IV'ed (80 ml of water heated and filtered) would set me straight for a few hours and I have a decent tolerance.

You used 80ml of heated water? Why so much water? Is so much water needed?

Um so wait are you using a micron filter each time you shoot up? Or did you prefilter a solution?
Are they extended release or instant release? They sound extended release so idk if it is even possible to break their time-matrix. I have only IVed IR hydromorphone with and without micron filters. Maybe someone else could chime in
 
I've never seen an abuse-resistant hydromorphone/dilaudid pill. I crush and mix an 8mg pill w/ less than 1ml water and rectal it. Are you taking shits? Worry about getting shit out of your body before you worry about rectalling.
 
I never iv pills although I understand why people do I have had 6 mg iv pushed in the hospital. I always plug hydromorphone. The beat way I have found to get a rush and better high Is to redose. If youre bowels aren't cleaned out you will lose a good amount into your stool but by redosing every half hour I have found the high usually kicks in and your get multiple rushes. Also the first dose helps to clog the liver enzymes IMO so the following doses increase the BA. For me orally I need 80-100 mg to equal 16-20 mg followed by 8-12 mg plugging for my redoses and resose 4-5 times. This gives me about 10 hours of high with a good
amount of nodding + euphoria.

Yeah, When i had a girl who always had hydromorphone, I once banged about 32mg and was nodding sooooo greatly. It just sucks that it doesn't last that long. In like 2-3hrs, you're already coming down. The redosing idea is smart and i'd love to try it. but i have to have a lot around...

Yeah that's the biggest downside of hydromorph. It's got no legs. I love the rush but you have to redose constantly because it just wares off so fast.

That's why I'd prefer good dope instead. You can still get a great rush and the high isn't over in 2 hours.

Yeah, It kind of reminds me of when i used to shoot coke a lot. although 2 hrs would probably be like 30mins or even less. but i also prefer some good dope over some dillies.
 
are these by any chance palladon-brand hydromorphone capsules? because if they are they are really easy to shoot. and yeah ascorbic acid is not needed. just add cold water.
