Hi,am new,am just gonna cut to the chase, wudnt wanna bore u guyx wit a long story.I'm 25,been taking tramadol just for kicks,me and my friends for over a year now,ive never exceeded 400mg in a day.Three weeks ago I was down with recurrent fever, nausea, migraine etc.I decided to stop taking trama,i guess that only made it worse, its been roughly three weeks since, the physical symptoms has subsided, however last week I woke up with eye floaters, black spots, web like thingy in my vision, most recently am feeling depressed and suicidal!! Pls what is going on? Somebody help plsss.

Sounds like you unintentionally became dependent on Tramadol. You need to stop your use 100% to recover. I know, it's gonna suck, but in the back of your mind you KNOW that's what's causing it. The problem with Tramadol vs other opiodes is it works on your serotonin receptors. You are gonna be JUST fine, but you need to stop what you are up to.

Do you have relatives in a rural place you can visit? Any place you can just get away? You know in your heart of hearts that the Tramadol is causing this. Find a safe place to detox and rinse your hands of a shitty drug. I know it's hard but even "normal" life is better than what you are experiencing now. Clear out...find equilibrium. You'll be just fine...it just takes the work.

Isolate with sober people, drink lots of tea, kick yourself in the ass enough to move about, even for a walk around town and YOU WILL SURVIVE.

Best of luck

Thanks Alot,i feel a lot better, any idea how long it will take for the floaters to go?,and yes am not gonna ever mess with any drug or alcohol if I ever survive this, and yes am plan on travel this weekend,God bless xx

You WILL survive this and life goes on. I can't tell you how long the withdrawal will last but because Tramadol affects serotonin receptors, there are the depression issues.

Keep perspective. Your life is fine. You are blessed. You have a computer and internet to even ask this question. I'm sure you have a toilet that flushes. Do you know how much of India has the defecate outside with no toilet paper? The fact that you have a BATHROOM is a blessing.

Honestly life sober is better, and I struggle with it. If you are able to stay sober you can reach your full potential. I know life sucks right now, but YOU WILL SURVIVE. Live through this. It's life experience and you will survive. Yesterday I lost my job and my baby sister of 17 years to a gunshot suicide. YOU WILL SURVIVE...IF you keep perspective.

Honestly that's all I have to give to you. Keep PERSPECTIVE. I really like your abstince statement. Your life can get SO GOOD. Just have faith. You messed around with a shitty drug and you have to pay the piper.

Your life is worth it no matter what you feel. You are GOING TO SUFFER but life is worth it. Again...

Perspective

:D

I hear ultram withdrawals are pretty bad. They do absolutely nothing for me. Weird how it acts differently with different people. Strange opioid.

I guess so,buh believe me,tramadevil shudnt be experimented or played with!

Been trying to reply for two days now, cuddnt cos of poor Internet connection,am in a rural hamlet like u suggested so network is quite shitty.Am really sorry to hear about ur kid sis and ur job,ur a preety tough fellow I know ur gonna be just fine, its now two weeks since I went cold turkey on trams,it seems like the eye floaters has increased, plus a slight form of vertigo and headache, regardless am still gonna stay strong and overcome this, uve given me the moral so am gonna kick ass,all the best xx

if im not mistaken trams also hit the Mu receptors ,basically wd from any opiate will cause depression ,but also the serotonin levels have been skewed so u may want to try some tryptophan so your body can make MORE serotonin ,and some omega fatty acids (fish oil) will help

10x alot hydro, will give it a try when I travel back,i guess these are vitamin supplements with no or minimal side effects right? Cos right now am scared AF
