pls help.. took fake mdma and as a result i have long comedown..

as the pillreport says i had taken an ecstasy capsule containing = methylone, MDMA, and PMMA
i only had a half of that capsule, i divided it into parts and consumed it 2 consecutive days,.
since then i had
panic attacks for the 1st week
dp/dr
anxiety
depression

its been a month now and i am very afraid if this dirty capsule caused permanent damage to my brain.
will i be like this forever?
pls help i have been exercising, eating healthy and taking vitamins

Worrying about it will only make it worse.

You will be fine just relax, don't take any more drugs, stay healthy and stop worrying (most important thing).

Are you sure that's the pill you took? Are you from that area?

Either way half a pill isn't going to do anything worth worrying about.

yes i am from that area.. im just worried because it says a very dangerous pill..

Not much will cause truly permanent damage, the brain is marvelous at adapting to these kind of changes and fixing any problems. Life goes on, you'll get better
