pls help- definitely dont feel right

All day day I've been getting extremely lightheaded and dizzy along with a strange tingling sensation all over..I usually get something like this when I stand. Up too quickly, but this has been all day literally every 30to60 seconds, even if just sitting and doing nothing.
I have a possible autoimmune diagnosis, iover the last few days have developed a cold of some sort, have severe back pain as well as abdominal pain.
I haven't taken any medications out of the ordinary, I won't lie my eating habits haven't been great lately, lots of junk food.
Any idea what's going on and if I should be concerned?
