for the common BLer, what all this means is that BL will be less of a shitshow and hopefully at least one of these people will be able to maintain a veneer of competence, something i'm sure we can agree is hugely needed round here!!

being serious, there is a lot of work behind the scenes on how to improve the BL experience, and these extra smods will help spread the workload, thus enabling us to do more to keep things running smoothly.
