Hi guys,

Chronic pain patient, huge oxy tolerance, but running short for a few days. I realise it's a fairly insignificant dose, but I have one 25mcg fentanyl patch to hopefully help with withdrawl. Seeking opinions on wether best just to wear the patch & apply heat, or buccal?

to keep withdrawal at bay, imo, the best is to wear the patch, if you are running really low, you can cut the patch, and wear half or a quater for 24 hours,, as to keep w/d at bay longer...
