Please help

Trying to get clean after 10 yrs of being on prescribed opanas. I was taking any from prescribed dose of 40mgs a day to 200mgs daily. I have the opportunity to use methadone to get off for the opiates. Please Help me figure out how much is needed to do so safely. Have nomore health insurance and need this monkey off my back!! Its ruining my life and killing my most loved ones because of the stress! IM BEGGING FOR HELP AND ADVICE PLEASE! !
