Please help with symptoms!

Hi everybody!

I was looking for some of your opinions on the effect I experienced on my last roll. I was at a concert and popped a pill (it was molly apparently).

It took a little while to kick in, but once it did I was having the time of my life like I usually do on M. All of a sudden though, I got sharp pains down my throat and numbness at the back of my head, and felt extremely dizzy like I was going to pass out. I immediately stumbled off the dance floor and took a breather outside in the cold.

I ended up feeling good, so I went back in only to have the exact same feeling happen so I left again. Basically, every time I'd go near the dance floor it would happen, and I had to stay outside.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Was I overheating or something? I remember feeling like I had some allergy issues that day, so perhaps my body temperature was already raised due to a fever?

Bizarrely, I had like 0 comedown and had an amazing sleep that night too.

I don't want this to scare me out of it, as it's already been several months since.

Unless you reagent test your pills, there is no way to determine what you took. http://www.dancesafe.org < Get a kit.

I realize you're trying to find out if these odd symptoms are normal- I've not heard of numbness in the back if the head, or sharp throat pains associated with MDMA. How often are you rolling?
 
Thanks man. Good call on that kit- I've thought of it before, but I'll definitely pick one up.

Aside from this, rolling maybe once a month? Everyone I've talked to has not experienced or even heard of the symptoms either. Weird stuff.

Ive had pains in the back of my head when I was rollling too frequently, not numbness though. You say you took a pill and it was Molly... Was it a capsule of Molly or a pill thought to contain MDMA? These don't sound like normal effects, maybe something else was going on?
 
Maybe you were so high, that you got a headache, and because of the Ecstasy, it became such an intense headache, so intense that you've never felt anything like it before, and it scared the shit out of you and you had no idea what was going on.

Unlikely, but possible.
 
Sounds kinda like some sort of panic attack to me... Were you feeling overwhelmed/nervous/scared at all? Anxiety maybe?
 
^ I don't think back of the head pain would come from an anxiety attack. Anxiety attack would have made his heart beat faster, nervous thoughts, etc. I have a history of panic attacks and it feels like (At least what I imagine it would feel like) a heart attack.
 
going out side into the cold and inhaling cold air from a hot environment immediately, and then returning to heat, with most likely an elevated body temp from the E :: is not a good idea ::


this will cause a lot more trouble then the MDMA - well such things have killed many a ' Sailor ', and not MDMA specifically; ninety nine out of a hundred times id guess.
