Please help Sick and in terrible pain

So I came down with a sickness, maybe a flu but a friend passed it on and had it last week
I don't feel naseuous , it just started hours ago
I feel pain everywhere, in my chest in my fingers, anything I move
I took 1g of advil to no avail
I have some pain killing kratom. should I use it? I have to wake up and go somewhere important tomorrow
i know kratom is the best pain killer i have now
i really wished i kept that single norco pill that didnt get me high


The pain is 7/10 bad
please if you have suggestions i need them asap.
I'm considering buying DXM gelcaps and taking a 90mg dose to kill pain, but I made a vow to not use dxm again

i also have two major technical work reports due tomorrow and am still running on amps right now


what should I do?

You should see a doctor.

I would try the Kratom, and if that does not work, I would agree with Mel, see a doctor and see what the problem might be if it worsens.
