So sorry for your loss. As I was reading your posts, it kind of sounded like you actually lived in Serbia. I know that in eastern Europe, the governments are even more cruel than here in the US. Here you could have fast-tracked into a program, and by law, they couldn't tell anyone about your medical issues. At this point, if you want to get and stay clean, just use the bupe to taper your dose down until you are off it. If you go four days without getting sick, then cut your dose in half. You might have to take it every third day because the lower you go, the shorter the time it will hold you. But it didn't sound like you'd been on the Sub very long, so tapering off it should be no problem. Just every second or third dose, but it down a little bit. I don't know if you have tablets or film there, but it's pretty easy to do with the film. Keep in touch and let us know how everything is going.

Serbian Girl, I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a baby in utero is still losing a life you had made room for in your own. I hope that you can be nurturing to yourself at this time. It is important to acknowledge the loss, even though as you say, you may not have been ready for the changes of motherhood at this time. One circumstance does not preclude or deny the other.

I am still so concerned that you are in such a hostile environment of the judgemental nature of your small village. Is it needing to care for your mother or your own finances that is keeping you there at this point?
