Please Help On Testing!!!

I tested a pill today,

I tested mandelin - went slow blue/purple to black
Tested mecke - went from a blue/green to a dark blue and green slow to

tested Simons and Robadope - no reaction, put also 3 drops of buffer on top of each with no reaction also

then at last tested EZ Test - Orange to dark Brown

Can Anyone Please Tell me what I'm looking at
my conclusion was that this has small amounts of speed in it, but no mdma, so I think is more like a bad speed bomb.

If there was speed in your pill, you should expect a color change with either Robadope or Simons reagent (amphetamine or methamphetamine respectively). The same applies for MDXX compounds.

I can't really comment on the Mecke reaction atm as the literature I have on it's reactions is not accessible. However, the reaction with Mandelin does tend to indicate an ecstasy like substance was present. BUT, this would also give a reaction color with either (or both) of the amine tests.

If you have any doubts that the amine tests are working properly, then try testing Robadope with an amino acid such as L-lysine and Simons with pseudoephedrine or ephedrine. These tests should all produce confirming results.

In summary, if something doesn't pass the amine tests then I'd recommend rejecting it in accordance with good Harm Minimization practice.
