Please help me out understanding Suboxone.

Hello BL users, I'm pretty new here but getting up the ranks (in my personal opinion) and was wondering how suboxone (Bup)= 6.3mg with 1mg of naloxone would effect an experienced, but still new user to opiates. I recently lowered my toloerence and can now take 6 5mg hydro and nod if I mix it with simple OTC meds in the normal recommended dosages [robo, anti-diehriea tabs, and magnesium + Calicum Cabronate]. Now don't get me wrong I get a nice "heavenly" feeling off of 6 5mg hydro- 30mg to sometimes 40mg everyday, but I recently got Suboxone with Naloxone in the normal under the tongue strips and I'm very afraid to take it due to me not being on H or having a high T in general. I just want someone to help me out explain how hard it'll hit me or if it'll do anything. My homie said he would take the 8mg strips that had 2mg of naloxone and he said he would get wasted but he also snorted roxi 30's and popped 80's + opana so idk how he got a high but all I know is that he said it's strong, but, I really want to try it once I'm out of hydro so i can get a super fuck up but not in a bad way/life thearten way. Please help, I can't OD/make myself go into withdrawl hearing bout how some people go into WD from it. Thanks, E.

Suboxone is extremely potent, DO NOT exceed 1mg for your first time, even with a small tolerance. Suboxone is also very different as it is a partial antagonist on Mu receptor sites so it is going to feel very different from what you are use to. People claim it is way more stimulating and that was my experience as well, you will feel like you have energy. I also experienced insomnia which wasnt terrible but it meant i couldnt take my subs too late or Id have issues sleeping.

Make sure you stay hydrated too as headaches can occur. And please for the love of God start small suboxone is incredible powerful and very long lasting, if you take too much it can make you sick for days.

***Forgot to meantion you must be free of all other opiates as it will rips them off the receptors and put you into withdrawal, this has nothing to do with the Naloxone and everything to do with binding affinities and stuff like that. Make sure it has been at least 24 hours since your last dose of a different opiate preferably 36-48 hours as you do not want to go into PW***

Safe to use together? & how to cut the film right so I don't over do it.

Also could you help me out with the cuting of the actual film? I have no clue how to cut off 1mg I'm guessing do quarters or less of the film at a time? I don't have a scale to measure it out on I wish I did but I know I can eye it even though that's not a very good idea, it's the last thing, & only thing I can do; also would it effect the film as well? As in would this make it hit me much quicker? Or would it do nothing other than minimize the mg intake? I don't think it'll effect it due to you not bring that up and you seem to know what you're doing because of how you explained how strong suboxone really is, and sadly this medication isn't good for either opiate addicts trying to recover (or at least the way I'm preceiving it, it sounds to me like a shitty version of methadone due to it still being addictive/dangerous in some ways.) or someone like me trying to use this as a pain medication due to the fact that I only have that at the moment, well, & other than my normal Hydrocodone prescription. Also like the title says now, I was wondering if using my normal xanax dose with the suboxone without any negative effects or any potential effects that would make the med much stronger? I don't think I would have a problem and I feel as if this medication is like Hydrocodone but much stronger due to the fact that I get happiness off of hydro but I also like to clean and feel more "up" I suppose. So to me taking my xanax would make it more enjoyable for me but like I said I would like to know how this combo would be if I was to do it which I most likely would do due to me actually needing my xanax to stabilize my mind/emotions.

Glad to help I am actually well versed in subs, I got off heroin successfully on them. I actually got down to 0.25mg before quiting so I have some tricks. To cut the film simply fold it in half and keep working the fold until it turns white then you can rip right down the middle, this turns 8 into 4. Keep doing it to turn 4 into 2 and 2 into 1. If you need sub milligram doses you need a razor blade. Cutting it does nothing to increase potency.

As far as Xanax effecting it that is why people like subs more, well recovery places at least, it doesnt have much respitory depression so you should be ok with the Xanax. I say should because I wouldnt foresee any problems with a standard Xanax dose coupled with a low suboxone dose but I dont know how your body handles drugs so start small to be safe.

Also Suboxone has its benefits as well as draw backs. It seriously got me clean my first go, I am on methadone now. Let me know if I got everything you asked. I was on subs for 8 months and a half and weened off of them.

That's pretty cool how you got got off them & thanks for the info I'll repost if I need anymore help with cutting the strips or anything else but I believe I understand what you are saying.
