Please help, in withdraws and hopeless

Helloi need someone, anyone to help me. I'm to the point of dying would be a hell of alot better than the exsistance of another methadone addict.
My doc got me addicted, no surprise there, then he decided to out of the blue at my next appt, to drop me as a patient. I have been able to obtain the methadone​ done now from outside sources for about 2 yrs. I was only taking 40mg daily, now was currently on taking what I could get when I could get it to stop the madness of withdraws. I'm only taking roughly 40 mg every 5 days, but I had hdrocodon and Xanax to help, now I'm out of the hdrocodone, and in a severe state of unexplained symptoms. I do still have some Xanax, but even 4 of the 10 mg. Wont allow any sleep, and Im crying uncontrollably, feel like I just want to drop where I'm standing and die.
What can I do to detox myself from this demon.
I need someone to please help, because Lord knows the physicians won't, not to mention I would be forever labled as an addict, and I'm a chronic pian patient having CRPS, neuropathy, among other medical complications.
I'm watching and praying for anyone's advice, I want ME back. Oh did I mention I live in Florida....m
 
I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm a pain patient as well. Is seeing another doctor out of the question? Perhaps you could check into methadone clinics around your home. Is your goal to completely come off opiates?
 
I know your pain all to well, a bunch of us here do. I've never come off of methadone but do cold turkey off of 120+ oxy a day habit at least once a month for 5-7 days.

I use loperamide, kratom and NyQuil. You could sub the NyQuil for Xanax if you want.

Incredibley I decided to take some shrooms this time and felt some major relief for many hours.

Don't give up hope. There are many options for you. I'm just one example. Keep fighting.
 
Sorry to hear that you are suffering man. Just try your best to stay strong. I know this is much easier said than done though.
 
Just stop and deal with the withdrawal symptoms man and be happy your don't have a benzo dependence. I had a buddy kick a nasty H habit cold turkey your gonna feel like hell for a week and not sleep much but you can get through it
 
If you have just go to a detox in a rehab. It's much better being in a supervising environment instead of trying to do it yourself. The detoxs that some hospitals offer are the best ones plus they will have psychologist and psychiatrist on staff instead of some drug and alcohol counselor that has a certificate. If you don't have insurance then Google free or low-cost detox in Florida. There are non profits including some faith based ones if your religionous and government programs available that I found through a google search. Don't do it alone n if you don't have to.
