Opioids Please help! Hydromorphine..

Hi all!

I'm a brand new member here but I do know it has been asked previously countless timesyet I do need some help here from members now.
So I'm on Hydro a long time ago months and I mostly use rectal in order to get it and to take away the pain which tortures me (Trigeminal Neuralgia) but I really got used to it and now have to get help from other painkillers such as perco or vico.. I even had Fentanyl. All in all Hydro is the best solution for me for the pain and my top favorite buzz as well. I know about the test results and all that stuff but I can safely say those are bullsh.t and I even assume it made by doctors so we not going to use it other way but whatever right now I would like to get some help becuse the pain is terrible and I'm not going to deny it that I really like the high too.
Please don't say IV a lot of friend of mine has been died because of it in my country it's very popular and even my sibling almost did but they could just bought him back to life.

Any ideas? Anything would be great..

I'm sorry if I wasn't specific enough I've been in a bad mood and in a lot of agony due the pain. My question is what is the best way to input Hydromorphine to get the best effects other than IV it.
The "test" is something I have seen often in dilaudid discussions saying the bio of the dilaudid. Oral 51%-29% Rectal 36%-25% Nasal 31%-36%. But all of that is just really messed up since plug was the best method so far for me so I'm not sure if I did something wrong. Usually I just crush the pills and add some water mix it and plug it. But it get's really weak since I'm on Hydro for a long time ago. I had a lot of opiates but Hydro works the best and has the best feeling of high.. I need some help to find the best way to do it.. Or at least anything which can boost the effect.

you need to be talking to your pain management Doctor about your pain! you may need a stronger medication! have you tried suboxone ! if thats not an option for you, i would really think about what other meds you can try for your pain ! I have never met any PM patient that got high dose narcotics that dident eventually end up on methdone or subs! either way drooling on yourself is not going to help your long term issues ! it can be fun but any dose you get prescribed will eventually end up right back where you are now, where its no longer effective for your buzz or pain !

wow, so you actually have TN? but pretty sure you are referring to hydromorphone. unfortunately there are only so many ROAs to get a drug into your body....oral, rectal, nasal, and IV. and unfortunately the most effective is the ROA you don't want to try. so the way i see it you have a few options: 1)get your doc to prescribe a more potent alternative, 2)try IV, 3)attempt to potentiate, 4)give up your quest for euphoria and focus on the pain management by getting prescribed an equivalent ER form. i think at the end of this road you are probably going to have to opt for option 4, so why not get a jump on it instead of eventually adding more pain to this hell on earth you are living in with TN.
