Over an evening a group of my friends and me cosumed approx 1g of mephedrone each some orally some nasally.
As usual when we indulge we had some weed on standby to ensure that we could have a smoke and be able to sleep.
My girlfriend who is fine on drone and weed normally and actually has a higher tolerence than myself quickly became very stoned and then seemed to become very frightened
Upon taking her away to calm down she became terrified complaing of a sharp sense of falling and sinking in to me she began to hyperventilate and her heart rate rose to 140 plus she was screaming in terror and was extremley scared. To fully stress i have never seen anyone this scared and i have witnessed someone in the last moments of there life.
Although the extreme fear passed she was still terrified for atleast an hour and realising this could be more serious than a bad trip then we went to the hospital. I must also comment that throughout this my girlfriend was able to speak normally and was able to respond to me reasonably.
After an ECG and some blood tests and some rest she was fine however the whole experience was terrifying esspecially as there seems to be no particular reason why it happened this time and has never happened before.
Can anyone suggest some reasonable ideas as to why she was like this and just any general reassurance or similar experiences.
Any comment from any mods with clinical experience would be much appreciated this has really shook me up and helping me to explain this properly may be abl to put mine and my girlfriends mind at rest
