Please Fix - Problems inside!

ok guys, I am starting this thread not only to draw the attention of PR staff to two particula issues which are really annoying me but feel free to post anything you see wrong and think needs fixing.



#1. Can we please fix the bloody search engine - it NEVER works for me - and yes i am filling out the fields correctly

#2. Can we please get wap.pillreports.com back up! PLEASE! So many times I've got something and wanted to check up on em - I go there from my mobile but every link takes me to the main page, each link just loops me back there - this is a very handy feature!




thats about it for me - maybe change the amount of reports shown per page to 20 or so, that'd be handy too

1. In what way isn't it working? I just searched for all pills named "Star" and what do you know? I was returned with all pills named Star!

2. This is part of the new PR.com Phase 2 rollout. Unfortunatley we don't have 000 monkeys on 1000 typewriters, so it won't be done at the click of someone's fingers.

Have you tried just surfing to http://www.pillreports.com via your phone? The CSS often adjusts to the lower res on your mobile and you might find it quite acceptable.

2. Yes when i go to the domain it loads initial screen, yet any links such as search, aus/nz etc etc takes me back to the first main page, wont browse to wher ei select..

The best way to use the PR search engine is to search a name/logo in a broad manner...leave the region out...remember, what some will call one thing, others will call another. Sometimes people fib a lil bit about precise locations, too. Also, the report you were looking for could have been one that was taken down for any number of reasons - soliciting, uselessness, you name it. Plus, if you look up a pill by just the 'name', you can see all the other presses floating around, do some geographical deduction, and read all the reports to be better informed about what you're taking. Hope this helps you out some.

Mike0, if ya see a report and can't find it later it may have been deleted for some reason, happens sometimes.

Also if your into surfing on yer phone I recommend a SideKick, werks great with pr and bluelight
and just about everything else i've browsed on it.

Thanks for the info on the SideKick, woodpecker. Good thing to know.

And yeah, reports often get taken down. Molly reports, 3 liners, solicitation attempts, ect, ect. Sometimes you probably don't even see half of the deleted reports because they get deleted if they violate the PR rules as soon as someone sees it.
