Playing Video Games On Drugs[MEGA MERGED]

I really hate playing video games when I'm drunk. It frustrates me because I can't get anything accomplished in games I've beaten hundreds of times. I like playing while drinking, but not while drunk. Playing video games on any sort of stimulant is pretty fun, you are super focused/excited. MJ also goes well with gaming. I haven't bothered trying on opiates, no motivation to move that much. Wouldn't try with psychedellics either, too scared I'd wig out and break an expensive video game console.

Overall, despite my love for video games, I don't think many psychoactives really enhance the experience. A tragedy really :(

yeaaah this is a good one, even though its a bit old, i've never played it on anything but its trippy by itself ;)

Indeed. I guess I'll never understand why people like to play games like that or watch horror movies while they're tripping...I'd rather play/watch something happy and uplifting, but maybe that's just me ;)
 
Someone talked about trying tetris while tripping, I did, mighty fun. But I already enjoy it sober, so have the colors come out just made it better for me.
 
I reckon Geometry Wars Evolved (on the X360) would be pretty mad tripping, although I have yet to experience it... I plan to in the near future though :)
 
I played Earthworm Jim 1 & 2 on gbl or white rhino = amazing :D
However warcraft3/tft under AMT is very boring (but tv was damn fun)
 
Any Halo game (xbox live is especially amazing when high)
Grand Theft Auto (3 and up)
Saint's Row (xbox 360, similar to GTA)
World Of Warcraft (I don't think I've ever played it high, but it seems like it would be fun high)
NARC (sucks that you have to be a narc, but at least you can do drugs in the game :))
Super Mario 64 (Nintendo 64 if you have one of those somewhere)
 
I used to take an 8th or more of shrooms and play CS back in the day. I was actually pretty fucking good but I couldn't play for shit on shrooms. The screen kept changing color every fucking second and I felt invincible but kept on dying. Sucked balls. P

layed some Crysis last week after accidentally taking some shrooms. Took a percocet too so that I would mellow out. Fun. Makes me wanna go to Iraq, no joke.
 
I and a mate played Unreal Tournament 2004 (first person shooter) on a mild ketamine trip. Weird sensation, we both thought the other one had downgraded the gamespeed. Everything moved slower than usual. We only did it for a couple of minutes though. I should try it on acid too, must be fun.

I actually don't like playing games high at all. I find it hard to concentrate, and I just end up turning it off and doing something easier.
 
Call of Duty 4 on Oxy + A BUNCH of motherfucken reefer. I like war games bc I was in the military for a short time, and I like to experience combat without actually losing my limbs. COD4 is like the best ever for this. I also like opiates and weed, so naturally they would enhance anything I already enjoy, that much more.

Playing any RPG (which compose the majority of my library) is a blast when way blazed. I find myself paying extra close attention to the plot. Final Fantasy Tactics on the PSP is almost like a drug itself. Any fan of strategy games will know what I mean.

A few nights ago, I decided to boot up my Wii and continue replaying the current file I was working on in an old Gamecube gem, Tales of Symphonia. I was particularly xaned out this evening, however, so I knew nothing of how far I progressed (or that I even played it all) until the following day. It was really perplexing to suddenly be in a completely different section of the game, but I got a good laugh out of it. I'm amazed that I had even recalled to save the file.

I also tried playing my DS on two hits of acid, but it was way too distracting. I'd like to try it again, though.

Played it for about an hour coming down off a pretty strong acid trip with the help of some clonazepam and a little opium.

Couldn't score near what I usually would, but mostly because I nearly refused to let myself use bombs. I was doing some insane maneuvering, wish I would have recorded it. Halo 3's theater feature has spoiled me.
