Probably really poorly, when I visited Spain I saw some guy smoking a cig out of one of those things. I've heard that even the regular filters on cigs don't work and they just make people even more addicted.

If you're concerned about the tar just use a bong, vaporizer, or eat it.

Even the regular cig filters absorb THC so its pretty much a waste of weed

Stick three or four rolling papers together and make a filter with that. Don't use regular paper, cardboard, or anything with print on it.

No i just wanted to know if they could be used in a joint, instead of a regular cardboard filter.

Filters on a joint? Ew. Dont use them

It's best just to get a roach clip, wear gloves, or use wired papers. Filters suck and if you want the THC from them you have to hold onto them for a longass time, and even then if you extract the THC from it, it's more worth it just to smoke a joint down the end w/o the filter. The filters you have to curl into a cylinder are the best however, the mesh cigarette ones filter out too much THC.
