How far would i have to plant them apart, so if theres a male, it dont fuk me over with the other plants? i cant start them inside and i cant check them alot (dikheds here)

It doesnt matter...a fan or breeze/wind is going to cause pollination if you're not around the plants for that short period
Try to get rid the males before pollen sacs appear...
