NMI isn't really the place to ask these questions.. and I cant really recall a place where you can ask for those questions.. Maybe Other Drugs or Basic Drug Discussion.. Maybe you should do some research on growing and cultivating P. Somni, if you really don't know what you're doing.
 
P. Somniferum is not really worth growing indoors- from the sound of it your seedlings are already aetiolated. Wait till summer and grow them on a building site or some other such patch of disturbed ground.
