Planning on rolling tomorrow. Can I still take my klonopin tonight?

I take klonopin daily but if i take it tonight will it weaken my roll tomorrow night? The mdma I have is pretty good stuff, if that matters in this case.
I have some 5 htp. Should I take this in the morning to preload? Or is that a bad idea? I keep hearing mixed advise on this.
Also wondering if I should skip taking my Adderall tomorrow. I've rolled while on Adderall before and had no negative effects, but again I don't want to take it if will lessen the mdma effects.
