pissed off, my friends found acid and didn't even invite me.

on the nbome ban

Whilst heroin is regulated in 'Schedule 2', allowing tightly regulated medical and research use, the NBOMe ban has illogically consigned the compounds to 'Schedule 1', restrictions which prevent virtually all research. This is ironic in the sense that one of the main purposes for the new temporary bans is supposedly to give time for scientific assessment. Worse still, under different names (e.g. CIMBI-36), and labelled with an isotope of carbon, these chemicals have recently proved to be ideal tools to map and understand the brain using PET scanning. CIMBI-36 is administered in miniscule, sub-psychoactive doses. On the PET scans, the chemical lights up receptors in the serotonin system like a city's Christmas lights seen from space. Revealing the distribution and density of serotonin receptors in this way may lead us to a better understanding of, and treatments for, depression, psychosis and other mental health problems. Tragically, pointlessly, such research will now be close to impossible to conduct in the UK.

he said it still felt way more trippy/ intense than mdma, and that he preferred it to mdma. Weird.

I'd be inclined to agree, at least with 25I-NBOMe. Which was far from perfect, but also far from 'shit'. Though tolerance makes it useless to dose more than once every few weeks.

Having said that, I'm no MDMA fan, so YMMV. I am an LSD fan though, and while none of the NBOMes are anywhere near LSD, they're worthwhile if you like pretty visuals. Very dose-dependent, however, and the bodyload can be pretty uncomfortable to say the least.

Bodyload puts me off, rough come-up. I'd rather have a tryptamine, or LSD, or maybe that AL-LAD.

As soon as my vendor drops the price on the AL-LAD it's the next one on my list, as I said the other day I had a long chat with someone in RL that is a huge fan of it & even dosed with his wife before marriage counseling & said they made huge break throughs with the issues that were breaking them apart.

I'm really excited to try this but not at the price I see it for atm.

Al-lad, never heard of it six days ago. Now the whole of EADD is vastly interested in it.

And that's how hype works.

I had not heard of it till about 3/4 weeks ago but it seems to be popping up very quick, imo I think people are looking for something to replace the 2C analogues that are now semi covered by law.
From what I've read it does sound something worth a go & alot of RC's don't excite me that much really but this stuff sounds good SHM.
