piracetam with choline bitartrate

anyone that uses piracetam with choline bitartrate. how do you dose? do you use it daily? is there any tolerance issue?
just got piracetam and choline bitartrate. i had anxiety from e for about 2months and havent had anxiety for about a month. i am 4 months sober.
will taking piracetam with choline bitartrate bring back any of the anxiey attacks?
or any other possible side effects that you experienced from taking it daily?

I take Piracetam daily (weekdays) and it actually helps me concentrate and reduces my anxiety levels. I take about 4-5 grams a day. That's on the high side, but it works fine for me. I find it's good to take days off from Piracetam as I tend to get a tolerance if I use it every day.

Since Piracetam's half life is about 4-5 hours, I would start with a dose of 3g and then redose with a dose of 2g after about 4-5 hours.

Piracetam also potentiates the effects of stimulants such as caffeine and speed, so be careful with that. It also makes MDMA a lot more fun, it kinda reminds me of the first time I did MDMA.

At one point I did, now I don't. But I try and eat a lot of Choline containing foods.
