Misc Piperazine comedown

A friend of mine enjoys tfmpp and bzp containing pills, but he hates the comedown.. Any tips for helping to reduce the bad after effects?
 
Don't take them or take a smaller dose. Eat a healthy diet and get well-rested before hand. Sparing use of benzos/opiates/cannabis can help too.

Depending on the physical effects, muscle relaxants and a hot bath can help too.
 
Would it be possible to get a mod to move this to Ecstasy Discussion? I feel that it would be better suited over there seeing as how piperazine is a well known adulterant in ecstasy tablets. If not it's cool :)
