Cocaine Pipe hand cramp or ?

Hi all you great and grand folks, I'm still cocaine free and have some positivity about it. But one thing I get slight crack pipe holders cramp, the cramp where the hand and fingers are as if you are smoking a steamroller with rush hole, not bad just slightly and also possibly from holding my phone for hours on end, anyone else encountered this one and half months of being off the crack

P.S. not slept for 25 hours as on a coffee buzz so sounding a dribble fool no doubt
