pins and needles

i injected into the palm of my hand and missed the vein, now i have pins and needles in my2 fingers next to the thumb.

i know pins and needles are caused lack of blood, is my finger going to die?

If in doubt you should go to the doctor. If you hit an artery yes there is chance you can cause permanent damage to your extremities.

Other details that may be helpful are:
-what were you shooting (pills, dope?)
-did you hit an artery or just miss the vein (draw back bright blood?)
-how did you filter

Either way you will want to keep the area warm to promote blood flow and take some aspirin to thin your blood.
