Pins and needles left side after cocaine use

I am a 32 year old woman. I use coke about once per week and have for about 10 years. Recently I've been having some heart fluttering, sometimes randomly but more often after a night using. Last night I did a couple lines and couldn't sleep all night, now I have pins and needles in my left leg and arm. Also to a lesser extent in my right leg. I live alone and am very scared. But feel generally terrible and don't want to needlessly spend the day in the ER. I threw all the rest away -- hundreds of dollars worth- which I've never done before and am absolutely 100% never doing this again. My question is whether I need to go to the ER now or whether this is unlikely to be imminently life threatening. Thanks.

I would definitely advise going to the e.r., no one can say for sure if you're on the edge of a cardiac event until they check you out.
