pins and needles in both arms after smoking hash

So yeah, i've smoked like 20 minutes ago and I have pins & needles & a bit of starting numbness in both arms. Is this normal? What to do?

It's totally real, I've been smoking lots of hash and weed for the past 2 years and this is the first time this has happened.

They kind of stopped now. That was fucking scary fuck me. My hands went almost completely numb at one point.

How can you say it was in my head ? I just said it was real, I wasn't fucking tripping and shit it was really scary.

I was gonna go to the ER if the numbness kept spreading.

The whole thing lasted about 20 minutes. About 10 minutes into it, I noticed it was getting more and more numb and I panicked and that seemed to intensify the vasoconstriction and it got even more numb to the point I felt like I had slept on my hands for a while. I could still feel stuff with my hands, but not as good obviously.

I then came here and posted, and within 5 minutes it started to go away.

if you had used the search engine, you would have seen this is a common side effect and often is an indication of poor blood flow.
