Heroin Pins and needle feeling all over during rush

The current batch of heroin I got gives me an intense pins and needle feeling all over my body when I shoot a high dose. It's very painful but only lasts for like 20 seconds. It's some potent shit. Is this normal and from the heroin or is it from a cut? I I.V. heroin everyday and this never happens. The only other time I got a pins and needle feeling is the first time I ever snorted heroin.
 
It could be you are hitting a nerve or it could be a histamine reaction IMO. Otherwise, there is some type of cut in there that is causing it.
 
Yeah, sounds like a lot of morphine. Especially if it was "painful", that sounds like classic morphine rush, which in high doses can be quite uncomfortable.

Pure diamorphine generally takes about 10 seconds or so to hit, once it does, it's a fucking orgasm with an instant, massive morphine high.

I've never got pins and needles from good dope, and morphine is my DOC(excluding dope, of course) but I can tell the difference.
 
Yea I think there was probably morphine in there. The high seems to last a bit longer too & morphine lasts longer than heroin.
