Need help dosing with this it's confusing.
I want around 200mg codeine . I got two bottles. And idk how much to drink.

This is what's in 100g of whatever it is you're talking about:

Active substances:
Pini extractum fluidum (fluid pine extract) (1:1) - 6.6 g
[Extractant: ethanol 90% (v/v)]
Foeniculi tinctura (Fennel fruit tincture) (4.5-5:1) - 1.0g
[Extractant: ethanol 70% (v/v)]
Codeini phosphas hemihydricus (hemihydrous codeine phosphate) - 0.05 g

Auxiliary substances:
Saccharose, purified water, calcium lactate, phosphoric acid.

I don't think this is really going to do what you're looking for.
