Pinching pain after rolling

the past 3 times i rolled(the only 3 times i have) the next day i get a pinching pain in the lower right side of my stomach. it feels like someone is poking me inside with something sharp which i usually only feel when i move to one side or lean over or even sometimes in place. Could this just be a coincidence or what could the issue be? maybe that I only weigh 113 lbs and i'm 5'5" and male ?
 
Not sure what it is but something similar happened to me. After rolling on Thursday my right arm hurts in this one spot. I think it's merely coincidence and I just injured it somehow and don't remember. I would assume the same with you.

yeah i was thinking that too but the pinching pain it gives me is something i rarely feel and it happens the next day the past 3 times i have done it, which were the only 3 times I've ever rolled. maybe it could be coincidental too though you know
 
Not liver, wrong place.
You might have a hernia.
Do you get this pain on any other occasion?
If not it's probably caused by something you do when you roll.
 
I think your reading to much into it, could well be coincidental pain. Give it a few days and see if it eases off.

around 2 months ago i could have sworn i had a hernia because one of my classes in school is weight training, its a class where you work out the whole period and im small and use heave weights and i had what felt like a really tight muscle tension and pressure above the right side of my hip for around 2 weeks. but ive had the pinching pain from rolling before that as well im pretty sure
