Pill that passes you out then you wake up peaking?

Other day, a gnome got some 007's, they were almost the same size as the tridents, and they were creamy colour with brown specks, with 007 logo, and it had a pressed egdes around the pill's egdes, and had a score/line in the back, and they were tested with EZ-Tester, which went purple with black lines around the purple, the chart said purple - MDxx and dark grey/mild bubbles/chemical fizz for DXM? so its possible that the gnome consumed a MDxx/DXM pill? This is in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area.

Because this is what happened, the gnome was at the pub for 2.5 hours, only drank 6 cans of Bundy Rum in span over 2.5 hours, then went home and two hours later, he consumed one 007 pill, and felt pretty drowsy, sleepy so he went to bed and slept for hour, then woke up pretty confused and peaking, then mates told him he was fine, then he ended up having fun for hours off his chops, chatty for ages. The gnome wasn't even tired, in fact he slept for 13 hours the night before and he was full of engery and ready to go out and party hard all night.

The gnome has only used eccies for the last 5 months and been using almost every weekend, last 5 weeks, he usually consume 2 pills to get him going, etc..., but last weekend, he was fucked from one pill... that made him fall asleep.... so it could be the alcohal/Rum affecting the effects as he wasn't even drunk as he is kinda of a heavy drinker?, making him sleepy for the first hour? or it was just simply a good pill?, or something with tolerence? or could be the DXM? because the gnome said he felt like he just consumed some cough/cold medications in the first 1-2 hours.

Or the DXM/MDxx mix in pills is a myth or what?

because the gnome cannot even remember 2-3 hours of the night while he was off his chops, didnt even drank any more rum since he left the pub.

I find this bit weird after the gnome told me this, thought might ask here, to see if anyone can comment anything?

I did the search tool couldn't find the infor I was after, if there was a thread similar to these questions, can anyone please kindly show me where they are?

sounds more like drunkstacy to me.

there are very few confirmed dxm pills in aus... its more an american thingy, so if it were extrememly dodgy it might happen... but if it did, i doubt there would be any mdxx present, and therefore i suspect the discolouration to be due to 1. old tester. 2. examining the test for longer than 30 seconds. did the test actually fizz and smoke? i've seen strong md reactions produce smoke and bubbles before. the reaction may create heat and burn binders.
sounds most like a stronger pill then the gnome is used to taking. and in conjunction with alcohol, i fear the gnome may have missed part of the ride.

Actually one study found tha combining alcohol and MDMA increases blood levels of MDMA (the study is in various places on this board and erowid). Anyhow, I have personally fallen asleep shortly after taking a pill on one occasion, then woken up feeling aok.

I personally think gnomes are freaky enough without drugs (look at those hats they wear for a start!)=D
 
the gnome replied: yeah the test kinda of fizzed... wasn't sure if it's a "smoke" looked like like a "steam", just for few seconds, happened approx. 3-5 seconds after dropped the EZ-Tester on the pill's shavings on a plate.... looked pretty weird... so sounds like the gnome must have consumed a strong pill....or wasn't tolerenced to them.

The gnome ate the pill 2 hours after he left the pub.... wasn't drunk.... so even he must have some alcohol in system to produce the effects of drunkstacy.....???

The gnome said thanks for the comment about his hat, he's proud of it. :D

You'll know a DXM reaction when you see it - sloooow colour change through grey to black over > 10 seconds with the release of white vapour. No purple. I think you had decent MDMA in your pill, and the alcohol made you sleepy. It can be easy to drift off to sleep on MDMA.

Back in the day when I could really enjoy pills, I could nod off on them easily. But as is so common, the environment your in sets the mood. I've had some of the most gorgeous naps on mdxx.... ah memories.
 
red channels nearly two years ago..... dropped fell alseep wopke up peekin!!!! hard!!!
 
I had a 007 about a month ago. Same kinda thing happened to me. Actually got really sick, cold, sweaty, nauseous, dizzy, have probably only reacted that badly to a pill once before. I'm on a SSRI, and this may have caused how I felt, especially if the pill contained DXM. Fell asleep, woke up a few hours later, and had 4 straight hours of peaking. Go figure.
 
Heh, I recall a few years ago a couple of mates and I droppped a pill each.

All of us woke up and hour or so later, feelin' mighty fine indeed. Got up, got changed and had a huge night out.
 
i don't think it's the pill that passed him out and made him wake up peaking. Rather than him falling asleep after drinking, then waking up when the pill kicked in.

there's a posts somewhere here that tells of peoples experiences with taking pills then going to sleep then waking up peaking.
