Pill Info Request – White moon with darkblue/black specs – sydney

Hi all

I've just come across some white moons (they look very, very similar to the ones going around not to long ago in Sydney | http://www.pillreports.com/index.php?page=display_pill&id=23320 ) but these have tiny dark blue or black specs... unlike the one in the link which are very clean

any info would be great, if any.
