pill info needed: yellowy, no logo, no edge, no score

hi,
picked up these strange pills. sickly yellowy white colour, smooth, domed, no logo, no edge, no score. small n thin.
don't know what they're called but i tested them and then went black *INSTANTLY* like i literally blinked and missed it.
haven't had them yet

If they are from the pink ladies maker then they are prolly ok.
