Wow, just saw this had never been answered.

They are 2 different drugs, not sure if that is what you are asking. Percocet is oxycodone/APAP and Vicodin is hydrocodone/APAP. If you are asking are they equivelant strength wise then the answer is oxycodone is approximately 1.5 to 2 times as strong as hydrocodone.
