How do i stop myself from doing it because i did as a kid and now im starting again even if im not rlling

ME TOO. it keeps getting worse, since i started rolling i gradually started grinding my teeth all the time even in my sleep!

Learn to recognise when your doing it and just stop - it can become a habit so it just takes will power. Are you stressed out? Do you have any medical problems that could be causing this (its not just a side effect from rolling).

Night time grinding - use a mouthguard and maybe speak to your dentist

Day time - if its a habit then only you can stop it

Raving - Magnesium !

I can't explain why I continued even months after rolling. It got worse with drinking, caffeine, or just at night.

I haven't rolled in a good 4-5 months now and it just stopped about a month ago.

^ It's because both caffeine and alcohol deplete your body of magnesium..

The answer is simple, get a magnesium supplement that your body can easily absorb.. I suggest milk of magn. Or try eating more foods that have magnesium in them.. spinach, avocados, nuts.

I never used to grind before rolling, but I started to occasionally. I took a good 5 year break from rolling and it stopped completely. So if it's anything like what I had, don't worry it won't last forever if you eventually stop with the rollin.

I get it a lot too - I tried out magnesium but it didn't work so I just accepted my bruxism while rolling just by chewing on straws!

I find a similar thing has happened with me. Not with teeth grinding, but with twitching and motor tics. I was a really twitchy child...always had at least one motor tic on the go that varied in severity, however it had all but died down by the time I was a teenager. But since taking MDMA, as well as other stimulanting drugs that make you grind and twitch, they've come back again and are basically ever present. One tic especially, when I suddenly flick my head/nod began over a year ago and still hasn't died off yet. It pisses me right off!

It seems like MDMA/similar can rediscover and reinforce old neural pathways to childhood habits such as grinding or twitching. It'd probably be a difficult job to surpress them again.
