I couldn't find picamilon itself at stores, but I think I read it's GABA and niacin? So I got seperate GABA and niacin....is this the same or did I waste money?

Picamilon is actually GABA and niacin bonded together so that they can cross the blood-brain-barrier. It is hydrolysed into the two seperate components once it reaches the brain. GABA on it's own, however, does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier, so taking it on it's own will not deliver the same thing as taking Picamilon. Niacin on the other hand can cross the BBB.

nope. picamilon is the two chemically bonded. they won't chemically bond just by mixing them in a cup or in a stomache (a few molecules will, but an insignificant amount).

booo totally wasted 30$ -_- but thats okay i can return them. i figured id ask here about it before opening them lol.
well thanks guys.
idk if this can be answered or not, but is picamilon sold in stores or only online?
