Physical effects of a high dose of APAP?

From what I've learned, doses this high are very rough on the liver, but a healthy person's liver can handle it, provided it is not done often. The fatalities from liver failure after consuming too much APAP are almost always only in the very young, unhealthy, or very old, at least until you get up to insanely high doses.

based on your reaction to our responses, you have obviously already made up your mind to do what we are telling you not to do, so what was the point of this thread? we clearly cannot talk you out of doing what you are going to inevitably do. somehow your warped junkie mind has justified putting your health and well-being on the line for a moderately weak opiate high. don't start threads if you aren't going to take the advice of the people who take time out their lives to help you, ass.
 
I have had to deal with 10/325 norcos before for a couple weeks straight for my usage, and let me tell you even around 2000 mg of APAP started to give me just the worst headaches.
 
APAP blows. My cousin died from dosing too high for a period of time. I know it's her fault, but still, it can be dangerous.
 
I hate to be the insensitive asshole here, but really- Im not so sure its a bad idea to let Darwin take care of this one....

Buddy, you are in a HOUSE and trying to convince yourself and us that you dont have the ability to perform CWE. The ONLY thing that would ever prevent one from being capable of performing a CWE is lacking the drugs in the first place.

Get a little McGiver in you.
 
if you can taste apap once its in your system (t+ ~30-60m), you probably shouldn't take too much more than that at once. that being said, its still going to affect everyone differently, as i have probably taken >15g of apap in a day, on many different days, and my liver is still fine.
 
Yeah what people are saying at the top is pretty much bogus. You will have problems that can show up days later.

I've been doing the CWE with my codeine, and it takes no time at all honestly. APAP is hardly soluble at all so if you use a small amount of water, its quick and easy. You dont even need to be super fine with a filter. Just a dixie cup with holes in the bottom will catch most of the thick junk. Heck you can spoon it out because its pretty much all apap.

And I dont care if you are on the fucking moon, you figure out a way to NOT KILL YOURSELF. Dont be a dumbass. Its people that use such horrible reasoning that make stuff illegal for the rest of us.

You're right about the solubility, but wrong about filtration. Seriously, think about it - solubility doesn't even come in to play if you don't filter out what has NOT dissolved, meaning what is SUSPENDED in the solution. The whole point of filtration is not to removed dissolved APAP, but to remove the suspended APAP that has not dissolved. Without good filtration, the entire procedure is for naught. IMO, you need at least tightly woven cotton (dress shirt, NOT t-shirt) and coffee filters as a minimum.

I'm on Roxicodones so just pure oxy for me, no APAP bs

Just being on APAP daily when i was on vics then moved to perks made my liver enzymes 3x the normal maximum, so my dr told my pain dr to take me off of the APAP
 
so now when i go anywhere i say i can't have APAP


when i got two molars and one wisdom tooth extracted i got a script for 18 perc 10mgs

I said i can't have APAP, so i got a bottle of oxyfast 600mg of oxycodone instead of 180
