Heres my old way, if anyone wants to learn a dangerous, junkie-tek

1. What you need
2. Lemon Juice
3. Needle
4. 74% Alcohol
5. Distilled Water

I used to drain a full 16.8mg patch into a vial (Janessen Pharm). To it, i'd completely submerge the gel in water (4-5 needles full of water) and add a few drops of alcohol...Then shake, You'll see the gel mix up with the water, but never completely mix.

Add in two drops of citric acid or lemon juice, the gel should almost totally dissolve...

Pin it motherfuckers.

Now, roto-evap and a hotpress extraction yeilds about 85%.



All the times and durations and effects in this thread are fucked. Based on personal experience and the patch-info booklets. (like a 24hour high when worn? It takes half that long for it to even reach peak effects in your bloodstream, and the patch being rendered useless after being applied and removed, shit, i've stuck patches to my computer and peeled them off when i was jonsein')


Also, another good way, Apply the gel directly into an open wound (not good for harm reduction I geuss) Put a peice of cellophane over it and tape.

Trans nasally (Sniffin')

Duragesic (Gel Centered)-For the gel centered duragesics, if you cant extract, squeeze the gel onto a flat plate or metal pan, make sure you have it smooth and in an even consistancy, a 100mcg/h patch should have enough gel so you can smear it to just about the size of a playing card.
Now, put this in the freezer overnight
The next morning, remove, and divide into doses (quickly once thawed takes even longer to re-freeze)
Now bust up your frozen dose with a card (it'll split up like ice hit with a hammer if done right)
Now sniff, doesn't have to be busted well. Minimal burn. VERY EFFECTIVE. About 1.5x more effective then the same dose orally. Hits in 15mins, I stay unsick from my last dose for about 5 hours.

Non-Gel Centered (Mylan, Ratio-pharm) - Yes. I have experimented with putting peices of plastic without gel in them up my nose. [Has about the look and feel of very thin plastic, semi-rigid)
Now cut it up into strips, I do about 3mm wide and the whole length of a 100mcg/h ratio-pharm patch (about 2/3rds of the length of your middle finger)
Remove backing, Now slowly insert in your nostril and sniff.
Your going to need to hit a sweet spot, sniff too hard and it will come down through your nose down your throat, not enough and it doesn't work. You should be able to "feel" it in the roof of your mouth (sick I know) when you hit the right spot.
Comes on slow, about 30-45min, slightly better then same amount oral.

Extract or Cooked-Raw Fentanyl take your dose, mine is normally about 3mg of extract (very high, not for first timers) make sure your scale is weighing accurately out of the wind, no debris, perfectly cleaned, ect (I put on 10mg to make sure the scale switches then move off bit by bit).
Now don't even bother busting or anything, just sniff.
Hits in 10mins, lasts for 3 hours. Very intense, 3-4x better then same dose oral. Best way for extract next to IV in my opinion.

I enjoy putting a blob on a small piece of cotton and putting in under my tongue for about an hour without swallowing. Pure bliss!! I may work up to smoking someday but I am not ready at this point. I am a little guy. Five three 110 pounds soaking wet. So I need to really watch myself with these drugs.
