Hey I need some advice here. I'm a model and about 3 months ago got the opportunity to go to Italy for a photo-shoot and runway project. This is in 3 months, Nov. 14.

Here's the problem, I've always had a drug problem, but at the time I was offered the project I had been 2 years sober and in pretty top shape. 187lbs, bench 260, squat 350. Diet was perfect, bf around 10-12%. I'm 22 years old.

So I fucked up... relapsed hard on heroin. Lost about 25lbs in 2.5 months, no gym, no diet, lost everything. I'm now 10 days sober.

This paycheck is all that is going to keep me from starving this winter and I need this for my career.

... I'm thinking about running a cycle to get to where I need to be.

I run with a bunch of models so it's not a problem to get steroids and pct meds.

Here's what I've come up with.

Weeks 1-12 Test E.
Weeks 9-12 Clen
Weeks 1-12 Adex .25 EOD/ED if needed
This will bring me right up to the time of my photo-shoot.
Weeks 13-15 HCG 250ug 2x week
Weeks 15-18 Clomid 100/50/50/25
Weeks 15-18 Nolva 20/20/20/20

Need advice on cycle. Also, how long does it take for natural test levels to come back after a 12 week cycle at my age? Tested at 675 last year test serum.

Is it possible to get back to 185 in 3 months w/o gear?

I'm going to be as straight-forward and amiable about this as possible: The purpose of AAS is not to undo the mess that you created on your own, especially when it's not going to be the last time, statistically speaking. Spend the next 2 months lean bulking and then look into a standard caloric deficit afterwards. Do some research on carb cycling, potassium supplements, and sodium depletion.

If you don't get off heroin and stay off, this whole modeling thing is a pipe dream.

Probably not considering your heroin binge. And also considering your heroin binge even with gear it will impossible. People get in their heads that one steroid cycle is all they need. The thing is, it takes a few. Running a cycle isn't going to help you given the state of you body. People who run cycles and transform do so after they have been working out and eating right for 2-3 years straight while maintaining a drug free lifestyle. Not to mention it's idiotic to even consider a cycle after a binge on heroin. Do you have any idea how much stress your body was under as an addict and now you want to put it under more stress?

Take it as a learning experience. I had to learn the hard way with heroin. And you aren't going to starve. I had no job after my 7 year binge with heroin. Food stamps and Medicaid kept me on my feet until I could find a job.

And like Voxide said, if you don't stay off the drugs and stay off them for good the modeling thing is a pipe dream and you will only slip up again. I got my shit together 3 years ago and have been working hard since to stay sober and get healthy. I'm just starting to land small time gigs now and I'm starting to be able to aim high now.

Narcotics and looking beautiful and attractive just don't mix.

I can't say much about steroids, but I know a little about bulking. I certainly believe you can get back to 185 without gear. Before steroids existed, men bulked up using this: http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/20_Rep_Squats

You can gain around 20 pounds in a 6 week cycle. This workout tests your resolve and willpower. However, if you have what it takes you will get there. Essentially, you find your current 5 rep max, subtract 90 lbs, and workout 3 times a week, squatting this weight 20 times, and add 5 lbs on each subsequent workout. At the end of the 6 weeks you can expect to squat your current 5 rep max for 20 reps. Don't repeat two cycles of the 20-squat workouts. After the 6 weeks, focus on core, arms, and chest using a combination of weighted crunches, pullups/dips, bench press, and whatever machines you know to train your upper body effectively. Also, maintain your squats at the weight you can lift for 20 reps, though you don't have to do 20 reps. i.e. 3 sets of 6 should suffice. Keep this up and by week ten you should gain around 30 pounds if you eat enough. In the next two weeks, you can maintain your workouts, but do intense cardio and end up at your goal weight in three months.

Look into this.

P.S. I agree with the statements above. I consider Heroin and modeling mutually exclusive. When you go through this ridiculously painful workout and finally get your offer (I know you can.), always ask yourself what you want more: future victory, or an ephemeral nirvana. Your brain will tell you that you can do occasionally use heroin and still find success, however this same brain will tell you to quit on the 17th squat because you can divide 20 by 10. Take the advice of people older and more experienced than you. Guido speaks truly when he tells you that "Narcotics and looking beautiful and attractive just don't mix".

Good luck - I want you to win!
