Photo of Baby w/ Bong Sparks Investigation

If the bong is empty and not filled with smoke like it appears to be then this is not really any different than a parent jokingly taking a picture of their baby holding a beer bottle or etc. If there really is marijuana smoke in there then that is really irresponsible. A baby shouldn't be inhaling marijuana smoke.
