Pholedrine / 4-hydroxy-N-methylamphetamine questions

How does it differ from its parent drug, Methamphetamine, does it get you high?
 
It was sold against low blood pressure but I don’t think it has any central action. It is also a metabolite of methamphetamine.
 
It is closer to tyramine than amphetamine in action so it might give you a bad headache, might make you feel nervous. Less psychoactive than ephedrine.
 
I think it is more helpful to think of this molecule as N-methyl-tyramine, rather than para-hydroxyl-methamphetamine.

I would guess it is a stronger pressor than tyramine, but i am not positive that this is the case.
